External fin lead keel bolted on with 8 X 1/2" stainless bolts.

COMMENTS: This boat is very clean and in excellent condition. She has had light use: sailed for a couple of months for only two summers (2003 and 2004). Commissioned new at our yard and professionaly maintained. Stored indoors for the first four years (she is now outdoor under cover). Due to a lingering illness preventing launching the boat for the last 3 seasons, the owner has regretfully decided to part with the boat.
